1:1 Intuitive Energy Session

A private, in-person session in Berlin Kreuzberg.

These sessions are a space to arrive fully in your body.

We begin gently — with grounding and presence — allowing your nervous system to settle. From there, the session unfolds intuitively. You are invited to lie down comfortably while we work with breath, awareness and subtle energetic attunement.

There is nothing you need to perform or “make happen.”
Your body leads. I listen and support what wants to move.

Each session is different. Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity or subtle energetic movement. Others simply rest more deeply than they have in a long time.

The space is held with care, clear boundaries and attention to safety.

Duration: approx. 2 hours
(including arrival, session time and integration)
