A gorgeous blissful magical good day to you, I am very happy we get to practice yoga together. This class will be a practice of yoga, of union, of oneness. Together we will meditate, we will breath, we will practice consciousness, we will massage the mind, open the mind, make the mind one pointed. I will read us some of my favorite stories and share personal thoughts, approaches and experiences on the subject. Also we will massage the body, the vessel, give it love and honor it, be one with the body. I would love to invite you to practice yoga, together, before this session, after, everywhere, I enjoy having rituals, like blessing the water I drink. These rituals enrich my consciousness during the day, night, my time here. It enriches the connection to oneness, to source. Other words would be. It helps me to stay connected and not get lost to much in the confusion. Waking up is possible, I feel sometimes we think its only for saints and people who walk over water. If you wanna wake up, ask, in making this decision I would like to invite you to follow your heart. To see clear means to put or receive light on your shadows, call it transcending them, (a shadow is not a bad thing, it is a shadow) at the same time this can be an intense experience colored by all colors of the emotional rainbow.
